Who we are
Mark Griese has been a significant part of the property industry on both a state and national level, for over 35 years. He is a known developer who has experience in all areas of the development, construction and property industries. As a result, Mark has been able to take this personal experience to projects that need a complete solution. His proven record spans the industrial, residential, commercial, infrastructure and hospitality markets; leading projects with total value of up to a billion dollars. Through the last 4 decades he has played a key role in the planning and implementation of a number of large-scale projects for clients like Sony, EM! and subdividing key areas of industrial land in Sydney like Huntingwood and Erskine Park.
He most recently worked on Interchange Park (56 ha Business Park), North West Transport Hub (100 ha Business Park) and tenant facilities for DANA Spicer Axles (33,000m2), Fantastic Furniture (60,000m2) and the City Views Commercial Development for ING Industrial (a four level commercial space with a Nett Lettable area of 7,500m2).
David Browne is a widely recognized agent, property consultant and developer having owned the major Ray White agency in Ballina which has led to many relationships all over Australia. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2001 and Property Developer since 1990 (with an extensive residential, commercial and industrial portfolio) David brings with him an ability to work in a highly complex and demanding environment together with an ability to identify potential sites for profitable development in specific areas, negotiate with end-users for various components of the developments and assess sites, zonings and planning reports for key identified uses.
Klute Griese has been involved in the property industry in many forms for nearly 20 years, and through that time he has personally been involved with nearly 200,000m2 of construction management and 300 hectares of subdivision development that all said would total over $500,000,000 in value.
From a foundation in sales, construction and marketing, along with this considerable practical experience and a Masters in Property (focused on purchase structuring and portfolio management) Klute can provide high level reporting as part of the project delivery.

Saxon Griese has 15 years’ experience in property and business. Outside of property he has been involved in several of his own wholesale and retail businesses. Within the Property Industry, he brings a background in planning, government and advisory – utilising a degree in Political Science (Majoring in Public Policy), combined with his experience in Development Management. He has been in the background of a number of rezoning’s and concept planning projects.
He brings an understanding of where the pain points and hurdles are, for the client, at any given stage in the lifestyle of a project.
RFD will be working with retail and agent connections established over decades working in the industry. Along with Broaden Management’s connections David Browne the other key partner in the venture takes advantage of an extensive network of agents and previous clients to have a firm grasp on the end users for these developments.
